Defined core brand positioning, visual identity system, typography, color palette, photography standards, and cross-channel application guidelines to sharpen competitive differentiation and accelerate deal clarity across the funnel.
Designed and built a comprehensive marketing KPI reporting system for Litmos — covering database health, market reach, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact. Gave the CEO and board real-time visibility into pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI across the full buyer journey.
First formal buyer intelligence framework in Litmos history. Synthesized win/loss data from 2,393 deals, competitive audience intelligence, LMS market sizing, and Customer Advisory Board insights into a structured ICP architecture, persona model, and messaging rationale — projecting $3–5.5M in incremental bookings and $10–18M in pipeline lift.
